Honasa Consumer acquires Reginald Men to expand premium men’s grooming portfolio

Honasa Consumer announced on December 11 that it has acquired a 95% stake in BTM Ventures Pvt Ltd, the owner of Reginald Men, through a secondary transaction. The remaining 5% will be purchased after 12 months based on pre-agreed valuation terms.  Founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani, Reginald Men has quickly carved a niche in premium men’s personal care, with a strong focus on sunscreens and serums. The brand reported ₹70 crore in revenue with nearly 25% EBITDA between November 2024 and October 2025, making it one of the fastest-growing entrants in the category. 

This acquisition signals Honasa’s first direct foray into men’s grooming, a segment it had previously approached indirectly through its broader portfolio. The move also strengthens Honasa’s presence in South India’s high-growth grooming market, where Reginald Men has built strong traction. 

Recently Honasa Consumer announced that it will invest up to Rs. 10 crore in Couch Commerce Pvt Ltd, the company that owns Fang Oral Care. The company’s portfolio focuses on teeth whitening solutions and everyday oral hygiene products, positioning itself as a modern, aspirational brand for urban consumers. It taps into the growing demand for specialized oral care beyond toothpaste and mouthwash, aligning with global trends toward cosmetic dentistry and lifestyle-driven wellness.

The company also recently launched Luminéve:  as a new prestige skincare brand focusing on nighttime routines, showing diversification. Interesting to note that Honasa reported Rs. 5,380.63 million in revenue for Q2 FY2025, with strong profitability.
