The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), in partnership with Startup India and Nykaa, has unveiled the winners of its fourth annual BEAUTY&YOU India initiative—an ambitious program designed to discover and empower the next generation of beauty entrepreneurs across India’s dynamic personal care market.

This year’s winners were selected from nearly 2,500 applications spanning 150+ cities, with a strong representation of women-led ventures. Each winner will receive funding, global mentorship, brand-building support, and access to retail platforms through Nykaa and Startup India.

2025 BEAUTY&YOU India Winners 

– GROW Award – Antinorm  ;Founder: Aparna Saxena ; Recognized for climate-responsive, multitasking skincare tailored to busy urban consumers. 

– IMAGINE Award – Mimiq  Founder: Harsha Soundararajan  ; Honored for inclusive complexion products designed for individuals with visible skin differences, such as vitiligo. 

– BREAKTHROUGH Award – Hitech Formulations; Founder: Jaspreet Singh Gulati; Celebrated for pioneering encapsulation technology targeting pigmentation, anti-aging, and antioxidant-driven skincare. 

– CREATE Award – Sohrai Beauty; Co-founder: Khanak Gupta; Applauded for blending indigenous art and sustainable beauty practices into a culturally rich brand experience.
