F&F companies support IFRA-IOFI Sustainability Charter

Nearly one hundred companies have signed the IFRA-IOFI Sustainability Charter, supporting a collective effort to raise the bar for sustainability in the flavor and fragrance sectors. The Charter offers businesses a toolbox with best practices, a compendium of legal requirements and standards to help raise the bar on sustainability. The charter will benchmark progress as an industry, providing a first Annual Report in 2021. It will enhance dialogue and trust with stakeholders, informing them of the progress on sustainability. The Charter will provide a platform for greater exchange of information and ideas on sustainability, and chances for cooperation within and outside the F&F sector. Signatories to the charter include fragrance majors like Symrise , IFF , Takasago, Ultra international, Robertet, Kancor Ingredients, IFF , Eurofragrance and CPL aromas.
