YÊU Cosmetics Enters Indian Beauty Market with Innovative TecCos Approach

YÊU Cosmetics, the country’s first technology-backed cosmetics (TecCos) company, has officially entered the Indian beauty market. Founded by siblings Simran and Shivam Bagga, YÊU aims to revolutionize premium beauty offerings with science-backed solutions tailored to the diverse skin types of Indian consumers.

After two years of rigorous research and development, YÊU has launched products designed to tackle modern beauty challenges such as oxidation and fading pigment. The company’s TecCos concept represents a new era in beauty, featuring advanced, scientifically formulated products that cater to individual skin needs.

A standout feature of YÊU’s approach is Grace, an AI-powered virtual assistant that provides users with scientific insights into common makeup challenges. As part of its initial launch, YÊU has introduced two products—a blush and a lip duo—that are vegan, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and free from artificial fragrances. These products are enriched with essential oils like calendula and macadamia, offering sun protection and hydration, and emphasizing a skin-first approach to makeup.

In the first six months post-launch, YÊU aims to capture 5-7% of India’s premium cosmetics market, projecting revenues of Rs. 6-7 crore in the coming year. The brand has ambitious plans to expand its product portfolio and enter new markets, targeting revenues of Rs. 15-20 crore within two years.

As YÊU makes its debut in India, it remains committed to providing personalized, scientifically-supported cosmetics, with aspirations for global expansion to promote inclusivity and self-love. The products are currently available for purchase on the YÊU website and will soon be listed on popular online marketplaces.
