The Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC), USA has announced the recipients of its highest honours and its annual award winners. 

• Robert A. Kramer Lifetime Service Award, Gary Agisim (posthumously). The SCC member who passed away from COVID-19 related complications was well-known and respected for his extensive industry knowledge and service to others.
• Maison G. de Navarre Medal Award- Howard A. Epstein, PhD, Director of Technical Services at EMD Performance Materials..
• Florence Wall Women in Cosmetic Chemistry Award – Nava Dayan, PhD – This award is supported through Concept to Commerce by Rodan + Fields
• Merit Award: “Martha Tate, PhD (Tate Science)
• Young Scientist Award, Sponsored By Surfatech: Lex Pelger (CV Sciences) for his paper entitled, ‘CBD, GRAS & The Largest Organ’.
• Green Star™ Award sponsored by Colonial Chemical: For outstanding work in green formulations  Samantha Guertin (Aveda)for her Botanical Repair Strengthening Leave-In Treatment.
