Honasa Consumer Reports Rs 533 Crore Revenue in Q4 FY25

Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of Mamaearth, has reported Rs 533.5 crore in revenue for the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY25, marking a 13% year-on-year (YoY) growth. However, the company’s net profit fell 17% to Rs 25 crore, down from Rs 30.5 crore in the same period last year.

Despite the profit decline, Honasa’s gross profit margin improved to 70.7%, reflecting enhanced product mix and operational efficiencies. The company attributed its revenue growth to double-digit category expansion across e-commerce and modern trade, driven by optimized media strategies and brand-building efforts.

Honasa’s strategic shift under Project Neev, aimed at strengthening offline distribution, has started yielding results after initial setbacks in Q2 FY25, when the company reported a loss of Rs 18.5 crore due to inventory corrections.

Chairman and CEO Varun Alagh described FY25 as a year of “learnings, focus, and disciplined execution,” highlighting strong momentum across key brands despite market challenges.

Honasa’s younger brands, including The Derma Co, Aqualogica, Dr Sheth’s, and BBlunt, outperformed expectations, registering over 30% YoY growth. The company remains committed to expanding its offline presence, disruptive innovation, and consumer-first product development as it navigates the evolving personal care market in India.
