KASS Launches in India as Nation’s First Bio-Intelligent Luxury Skincare Brand
Luxury skincare brand KASS has officially launched in India, positioning itself as the country’s first science-backed bio-intelligent skincare label dedicated to long-term skin health. Founded by Deepti Kulkarni, a skincare formulator and certified esthetician, KASS introduces a pioneering approach that moves beyond single-ingredient solutions. Its formulations employ layered systems of bio-mimetic actives designed to act across multiple biological pathways for a single concern, supporting the skin’s natural processes rather than overriding them.
Developed in collaboration with global bio-labs, KASS products incorporate clinically validated—and in some cases patented—ingredients to ensure stability, compatibility, and absorption. “KASS was born from care and from a quiet frustration,” said Kulkarni. “In a country with such rich, solution-driven skincare heritage, why weren’t we creating truly intelligent, world-class skincare here? With KASS, the intention was clear, to build skincare that respects root-cause treatment, delivers long-term results, and genuinely supports skin health, not just in what it claims.”
The launch comes at a time when India’s skincare market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 13–15%, driven by rising consumer awareness and demand for science-led products. By focusing on identifying the biological root causes of skin concerns and treating skin as a living organ with regenerative intelligence, KASS aims to deliver visible yet sustainable results tailored for modern, urban lifestyles.
