Barentz continues it’s acquisition spree with Anshul Life Sciences

Barentz International, a global leader in specialty ingredients, has made a significant move by acquiring Anshul Life Sciences, a Mumbai-based specialty chemicals distributor. Anshul, established back in 1978, caters to the personal care, pharmaceuticals, and food & nutraceuticals markets. Now, with this strategic acquisition, Barentz solidifies its position as a life science distribution powerhouse in India. Barentz gets access to Anshul’s top-notch portfolio of high-quality excipients, APIs, and intermediates.

In India , recently Barentz acquired Radian, a high-end niche specialty solutions provider predominantly in the colour cosmetics and personal care industries. Earlier Barentz had acquired Gangwal chemicals.
