Aptar Beauty, a global leader in beauty and personal care packaging solutions, has been honored by Avon International for its outstanding commitment to sustainability. The company’s innovative redesign of its micro-airless packaging solution has significantly reduced the brand’s environmental footprint.

Key enhancements include the incorporation of 44% post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin and the removal of silver hot stamping to improve recyclability and reduce the carbon footprint. This initiative aligns seamlessly with Avon’s corporate sustainability goals and underscores Aptar Beauty’s dedication to eco-friendly practices.

Domenico Sardaro, Key Account Manager at Aptar Beauty, EMEA, expressed his gratitude, stating, “With the support of Aptar Beauty’s team, we calculated the LCA of both solutions and showed the benefits to the customer. It is a perfect example of how a sustainable transformation can also bring monetary savings.
