&Done Raises Rs 6.5 Crore in Pre-Seed Funding to Redefine Professional Haircare in India
Indian professional haircare brand &Done has announced that it has successfully raised Rs 6.5 crore (approximately $780K) in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital, with participation from M.G. Investments and several angel investors. Founded by Atit Jain and Saumya Yadav, &Done is on a mission to revolutionize haircare for Indian consumers by combining salon-grade expertise with advanced, science-backed formulations tailored to local needs.
The capital infusion will be strategically utilized to expand the core team, accelerate product development, and strengthen the brand’s dual presence across salons and the direct-to-consumer (D2C) market. With this, &Done aims to build a robust ecosystem that bridges professional salon care with advanced at-home haircare solutions.
Currently, &Done operates on a hybrid salon-distribution and D2C model, collaborating with over 1,500 stylists across 300+ premium salons in Tier I cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Its range of shampoos and conditioners is designed with high-performance formulations that address the unique challenges faced by Indian consumers, particularly those with heat-styled and chemically treated hair.
Industry insights show that India’s haircare market, valued at $3.8 billion in 2024, is projected to reach $6 billion by 2030, driven by increasing awareness of hair health, rising disposable incomes, and a growing preference for specialized, premium solutions. This growth trajectory presents a significant opportunity for homegrown brands like &Done, which combine research-led innovation with localized expertise.
With its latest funding, the founders Atit Jain and Saumya Yadav plan to deepen market penetration, introduce new product lines, and enhance consumer accessibility through both online and offline channels. Their long-term vision is to redefine the professional haircare experience in India—making science-backed, salon-quality products a daily essential rather than a luxury.
