Skincare Startup Deconstruct Raises ₹65 Crore in Fresh Funding Round

Skincare brand Deconstruct has successfully raised ₹65 crore in a fresh funding round led by L’Oréal’s VC fund BOLD, along with V3 Ventures and DSG Consumer Partners. Existing investors Kalaari Capital and Beenext also participated in this round.

Founded in 2020 by Malini Adapureddy, an engineer from IIT Kharagpur, Deconstruct is known for its science-backed skincare products that are gentle and non-irritating. The company has achieved an impressive annualized net revenue of ₹200 crore, marking a 1000% growth in FY25 so far.

The infusion of funds will be utilized to accelerate product innovation, expand distribution networks, and venture into new categories. Deconstruct aims to enhance its presence on quick commerce platforms to improve nationwide accessibility.

The company will use the funds to introduce new and innovative skincare products ; Expansion of Distribution Networks; expanding into new categories beyond skincare. This could include hair care, body care, and other personal care products ; Sustainability Initiatives and global expansion beyond India
